Hurricane Humberto leaves Bermuda in the dark

Hurricane Humberto is moving to the northeast. It is no longer considered a threat to the U.S. According to the Miami Herald, Humberto is expected to downgrade to a tropical storm this Friday.

CNN reported more than 27,000 people in Bermuda were left without power.

People visiting the North Carolina coast are warned not to go into the water because of the rip currents.

Though Hurricane Humberto has continued its NE track into the Atlantic, it continues to affect coastal areas with large swells that create life-threatening surf and rip currents.
